well I just put in my first swarm of the season :) Called my uncle and he was doin the same so things are going a lil earlier than planned... Last year first swarms were around the last week in april oh well lets get it done.

Just went and got my first swarm ever. Got a call and went with another beek and got it out. It was wedged in between a tree base and a vertical limb and lots of undergrowth. Took a while and a few stings but finally got it done. Very educational and look forward to the next one.

Got one swarm on April 4, put another in the box yesterday April 9th. This is about the same time as always for me.

If any one in the Huntsville are collects swarms, I would love to go out with you and learn. I do not know if two sets of hands would be better than one set. Maybe I could be of some help! :DNever done it and a little nervous! Just send me a PM and I will give you my contact info.
