Hi,
Can you tell me something about George Imirie.As far as I know He is very ill. Well, I miss "Pink Page" and the contributions to bee-l.Do you have an adress or email adress.If you can contact him tell him "Sanatate" and "it's a long way to become a beekeeper, not a beeHaver and it's true".

While I do not know George Imirie, I have spoken to him by phone about a year ago. He was very eager to communicate, but his strokes have left him in poor health with very little voice. My father passed away with throat cancer about 10 years ago and I am used to listening to poor vocal conditions. Still, I could not understand George and he became very frustrated in our inability to communicate.

I found his number in his pink pages. At the end of one of his pages, he talkes about his bee club members volunteering to help at the county fair. He lists his number and asks them to call him. I tried the number and he answered but, as I have stated, were not able to have much of a conversation.

I think you better print as many as you can WHEN you can because I don't know how long they will be availabe. George Imirie's page went down last year.
