Does any one have HSC in use and is it to late to start using it now. I have a swarm that I am trying to get to build up, I have a big fat queen but not enough girls to keep up with her I want to switch over to small cells anyway but is this the time to start?? The weather here will be mild throuh November.

Also thanks for all the ideas for the smoker it was very helpful.

Yes.

You can use it anytime. It's better than foundation since it's already drawn.

If they need some room feed some HSC in. If they don't, I wouldn't take any resources away from them. Empty comb maybe, but not honey or pollen or brood.
