Hi all, I'm wondering if burdock honey tastes bad? would be tickled if anybody knows the answer.

OK... maybe I should have asked if it's exceptionally good then lol. The thing is we have a lot of burdock around, and the bees are foraging on it... so naturally I'm wondering what kind of honey I can expect from it. Especially since I'm probably not going to extract this year. So now I'll ask the following question:
Has anyone reading this message ever tasted burdock honey, and if so, what did they think of it?
