interesting...i was told they were bee moths out here but after looking them up they are indeed hummingbird moths.

What kind of camera are you using to get those photo's? They are very nice, especially to be motion.

I have never heard of a hummingbird moth.

The hummingbird moth has the happy situation of resembling a bumble bee, even with the rapid wing movement. The resemblance probably keeps a number of potential predators away.
