Refurbising Maxant 4 frame extractor

I will be cleaning up my extractor in hopes i will be using it next year It is ss tank with banding around the top and bottom thats kinda rusty and the baskets inside are too What Paint to use, and can i paint the inside pcs that are rusty should I use food grade paint on all the pcs? thanks for help.

I just got done building an extractor and I used cam-cote to cover everything. It appears to be a polyeurethane. Leaves a nice shiny plastic shell over whatever you coat.
