SHB larvae

This came from a tree hive that was cut down and out. The log sat in my truck for a few days, I'd noted SHB in the hive, man are they out of control. I have not often seen this kind of a problem in a good strong hive, just in a hive on its way down fast.

nursebee, I've seen your truck, you sure it was just "a few days"?
I'm kidding, that is a big old nasty mess! Hope you had a little diesel fuel for them.
