When I hived my packages on Tuesday AM
There was a good # of dead bees in the package.
It was cold so I didn't want to fiddle around with them to much and I just dumped everything in.
When I when't in to check on them today I am second guessing weather I should have took off the super and scraped of the bottom board. Although I did find the queen I didn't see any brood. I was afraid to mess around with them too much. My second guessing is will the dead bees on the bottom board pose a rotting problem and mabe mold?

Yes, but not right off. Wait for the next nice day and lift off the hive and clean off the bottom board- you don't even have to open the hive to do it.

If you have a bottom entrance, I've removed dead bees by removing the reducer and using a long stick to scrape the majority out. (I did this when it was cold and there were no bees moving about on the bottom board.)
