I am interested in more information on the baggie feeder. I have read something about it but can't seem to find the information now. Do I place it on the floor inside the TBH hive?
I have centering strip on my top bars. Should I coat the centering strips with wax? Should I be concerned about contaminated wax if I do?

That's a good place.

You can. I never do.
>Should I be concerned about contaminated wax if I do?
There won't be enough wax to matter.

Michael,
Thanks. As far as using the wax, I was actually more concerned with disease than contamination. Although now I am leaning towards not using wax, should I be concerned with disease?
Thanks again,
Kent

I am not Michael, nor do I play him on TV but . . .
"Although now I am leaning towards not using wax, should I be concerned with disease? "
A) I would always be concerned with disease, it will lower your honey production and take time and aggrivation to deal with.
B) While I don't think that is a great reason to avoid wax given the tiny amount you are talkign about, it is certainly easier to not use the wax.

Keith,
Thanks, that settles it. No wax.
