Hi all -
Just a reminder as I see this forum take off. It looks like there will be a lot of different topics discussed here with many technical terms. Please remember that it is very easy for a thread to go on and on and wonder way off from the original subject. It is far more useful to start a new thread with an appropriate subject so the information can be more easily found when searching later.
I can see that meadmaking is just like beekeeping. One starts out thinking they are going to just make a few gallons with limited equipment and 3 years later have the basement converted into a brewery!
Okay, forget the part about selling me a bottle if it's illegal, donations in the form of mead work too.
