I was wondering ????

Building a long medium horizontal hive and I want to place 2 supers on it.

1) What is the width x length you need to build to accomadate the medium supers ?

2) In the supers are people putting permacomb, foundationless, or something else ???

Thanks

1) 19 7/8" x 32 1/2" using 3/4" material

2) i use top bars cut 19" long x 3/8" deep, lang frames either foundationless or 4.9 foundation.

A standard 10 frame medium super is 16 1/4" by 19 7/8". My long mediums are 48 3/4" by 19 7/8"

Yes, yes, and yes. I use PermaComb, Foundationless, small cell foundation, top bars, etc.
