I would be very interested in sampling honey from all of you TBHers out there. My experience in honey has been wildflower, clover, and sourwood. I would love to purchase a small jar of what you might have available. Orange blossom, raspberry blossom, blackberry blossom, locust, buckwheat, etc... If you could sell me a small jar (maybe the little 4oz size) I would greatly appreciate it. I'd love to taste the difference in honey flavors. Please let me know what you have and your price including shipping to zip code 23930.

Thanks

Rubrus honey is going to be very much like citrus blossom honey. What I mean by this is:

Orange blossom honey is a homogenous name for all citrus honey, grapefruit, lemon, limes and oranges are all sources of Orange Blossom honey and the honeys are indistinguishable from one another.

Rubrus (raspberry, blackberry, salmonberry wineberry, etc, etc) are the same. Raspberry honey tastes no different than blackberry honey. It's the same plant from the bee's perspective.

Not that this is important to this discussion really, I just thought it was an interesting thing to point out.

I just moved and right now all I have is haphazardedly blended honey from whatever I had in my hives previous to moving. Its for my personal honey supply until I get things rolling here. It happens to be citrus, clover, an unidentified cultivated variety of decorative tree with white flowers, and various palm trees varieties.
