Moving bees from Langstroth to TBH

I'm building a TBH based on Michael Bush's design that is the size of 3 medium boxes. I've got a hive that I started this spring that is in 3 medium boxes. I built the hive so that it can take the langstroth frames or top bars. My plan is to just move the whole hive over and then over time replace the langstroth frames with top bars. My question is can I just move the frames over in the order that they are in the tall hive? I mean to take the bottom box's frames and put them in front, then the middle box and then the top box? The bees will have to reorganize horizontally no matter what I do, but should I try to reorganize them myself or just let them figure it out?

I would put all the brood together, which might be in more than one box vertically. Having two areas of brood isn't natural for them.
