Fed judge Thursday rejected Bush admin. decision to weaken rules governing pesticide use, saying the change reflected a "total lack" of scientific justification.
The ruling went on to say there were "disturbing implications" that Bush deliberately muted desent from gov. scientists. And--"administrative record is striking in its total lack of any scientific support for the policy positions ultimately adopted."
