Noticed Betterbee has plastic honey tanks, up to 500 lb. size. Wondering how sturdy these would be? Cheaper than stainless..
May be cheaper but check out brushy mtn tanks. As I recall they aren't to expensive and they are really pretty nice. They won't pickup stains and are easier to clean. The plastic tanks are probably ok but if it only a small percentage more, I would get the stainless. you should also consider that at some point you are going to want to sell your stuff and if it is stainless it will sell; plastic will start to look old and probably won't be worth much.
