honey crystalization

This year I was Plagued with honey that crystalized within a month of being bottled. I have been setting jars in the oven in the kitchen with a heat lamp running and it gets to about 100 degrees and liquifies it in a few days. My wife wants her oven back and does not appreciate the cords running around the kitchen. HAd anyone designed a box of sorts to accomplish this same process? Thanks

Old Freg. and a lite bulb with a fan to circulate the air and wall dimmer switch to controll the heat=cheap ;)

I just use a $20 heater(fan and thermostat included) in an old freezer.
