in making 6 frame nuc/swarm traps with 1/2" plywood i realized 1/2" wasnt much room for a frame/top bar rabbet. what i did was make the ends 9 1/4" square. the sides 19 1/8" by 10". two 1"x2"s 10 1/4" attatched to the top ends finished the rabbets and serve as handles. i used 3/8" ply for the top and bottom and drilled an entrance hole.
