Powder coating?

I bought a used extractor that's in good shape. I'd like to resurface the inside of it somehow. Anyone know offhand whether powder coating is toxic?

Coyote...... I have 2 Woodman 30 frame radials I am restoring.

I spray truck bed liners as a side biz and I am going to coat the outside with that product. I am doing the interior with a silver paint and covered with Camcoat as Jack has a link to.

I am sure a local spray liner company would coat the exterior for under $200.
