Just wondering what foggers folks are using for application of sucrocide and how well these are working for you. Looking for something I can buy for not too much money!

Use a sprayer not a fogger. Any garden sprayer that you haven't used chemicals in. Garden sprayers are cheap cheap cheap @ Home Depot, Menards, Kmart, Walmart, etc.

So something like this should work? Seems like the nozzle could really be helpful since you spray with the frames in...

That one costs 28.95 plus shipping and handling.
It has a rigid wand, instead of flexible tubing with wand attached at the end.

If you go to your local hardware store they will have one similar to what is pictured, except it will cost HALF the amount, not have to pay shipping, and should have long flexible tubing with wand attached at the end.

but either will work.
