I just picked up a Capping Combine Model 10G 75.
Does anyone have any information on this? It needs some restoration but is serviceable. I would love a manual or parts diagram.........
Thanks

Installed a wax combine way back when (long, long ago in a galaxy faraway). Pretty neat little device and when the temperature is set just right the flaked capping come out bone dry. You will need a good hot water source, a circulation pump and a one way valve. If memory serves the temperature setting of our hot water heater was hot but not extremely hot.

The one I installed looked a bit like a corn auger. The power uncapper dumped capping and honey into the lower end and dry flaked wax dropped out of the other end. We caught it in a large wash tub. Can't really recall where the honey exited the unit. It was hung from the ceiling via chains. It was hooked up to a hot water tank and a circulation pump was required to provide hot water to its water jacket.

This one has a vibrating hot water/steam heated knife and the capping drop onto a grid of 3/4" pipe (heated) that have a chain driven scraper thingy that goes back and forth.
On the other end there are baskets that revolve like a ferris wheel and scoop wax into a seperate bin. It is wild and I will keep hoping someone has info on it. The unit is five feet long and a couple of feet wide. Made of stainless.
I will have pics in a day or two for anyone wanting a peek.
