Well it's getting near the end of August, and I was wondering when I should throw on my mouseguard? I live in southeastern ohio. Any suggestions?

Tough question. Too soon tends to reduce the entrance too much for a fall honey flow. Too late and the mice have already moved in. I wouldn't do it until you start geting cold enough at night to cause the bees to cluster. (50 degrees F or so).
