Sources for FGMO, Thymol, and plans for SHB traps & screen bottoms???

Hi all,
I am new to bee keeping and have three hives. One of the hives has SHB's and we are wanting to try treating with FGMO, et. al. Here are several questions I have:

1. Where can one get FGMO and Thymol?

2. Does anyone have or know of plans for making the SHB traps suggested by the Dr. and for making the screen bottoms for hives?

Any help will be greatly appriciated!

Do a search from site for thymol source. I believe Dr. R knows where to get some but a search would clarify this.
