I live in central Ohio , and was wondering at what time I should stop treatment ? First freeze or by temperature? Also when do you begin treatments in the spring?
I have been using FGMO all season with good results.

Let the bees tell you. I'd use it as long as they are still flying. Mite population seem to explode in the fall and that's when they will need it most. Of course the treatments you did earlier helped keep it down so it won't explode as much.

When to stop the treatment ?
Hardly ever because of repeated new "invasions".
Many criteria enter the picture along treatment lines .
observation : during the colder season , the bees do not bother much cleaning the cords because of reduced movements . The fogging is here of higher prirority . I saw no detrimental influence of doing so .
