I am using screened bottom boards and the FGMO fogging system. My question is when the screened bottom boards are used do I apply the fog longer than 5 seconds as it seems to me that with the screened bottom boards some of the fog would be lost and not get up into the hive. Give me your thought on this. Dale

Hi Dale, I also have screened bottoms. I go for 4 or 5 seconds. I see fog comming out of the top of the hive. As long as you see that you should be ok. Jim

Right on!
If you see fog coming out at the top of the hive you will have had enough of a concentration of the fog in the hive to be effective. Five seconds seems like the right amount of time. You will be okey in a range of 4 to 6, No problem.
