I want a laser

I'd like to have a laser capable of projecting a geometric image onto a vertical sandstone cliff about 300' high. The laser would probably have to be located as much as half a mile away. Anyone know anything about lasers?

Hmmm. Hadn't considered bats or bees. No, it's for a rabble rousing project. I'm not feeling like climbing and hanging banners any more. Trying to upgrade.
