HI,

What would be good uses for a scratched teflon pan, or rater crepe maker? Is there any easy way to repair it? I hate to just throw it away.

I just ignore the teflon and use it like a regular pan. But I'm cheap. http://www.beesource.com/ubb/smile.gif

I use them until they are quite scratched, but then get tired of scraping the food out of them. Eventually they just don't work well anymore. Then they become sandbox toys, or garbage. I have found that a quality pan will last much longer than the cheap ones, and I have learned to just be really careful with them.

Use cast iron......you can't hurt it. I use some old cast iron pans that my grandmother used as a child.
