Today I was checking a few mating nucs after putting yesterdays graft into the cell finishers. Much to my great pleasure I saw the first 2006 queen that we grafted 3 weeks ago to the day. We had mating weather 2 days ago. I had seen some virgins with the mating sign 2 days ago but did not expect to see eggs, but what the heck a pleasant surprise is always welcome.
