A new bee ...perhaps I'm too fastidious, but question in my mind....

My original hive swarmed--I subsequently cleaned out queen cups/cells I could locate and requeened one week later (see my other post same date). I started nuc same day and brought over queen cells on brood frame. Ironically, of the queen cells I cleaned out and threw down on hive stand, I picked one up the next day, opened it, out walks an Italian-looking queen. I allowed her to walk into nuc colony. Will she be accepted and prepped to mate or will nuc continue to look after queen cells?

There is a good chance she will be accepted since:

1) she is a virgin
2) they've been queenless for day
