Has anyone tried the Jenter or Nicot techniques on rearing queens with out grafting, if so which one did you like best and why, or if you only tried one of them ,what did you think about it.

I got my stuff to raise queens from Better bee (Nicot system). I like it since I can see the larva after having the queen in the chamber for 4 days or 5. They are the right age and being 52 with tri-focal makes it hard to graft the queens. This makes it easier to do my queen rearing and the queens I get are very well formed. http://www.beesource.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

I'm using the Jenter system regularly with good success. Search this forum and you'll find several discussions on it.

I haven't used Jenter, but had great success using the Nicot system last Spring. Good luck and let us know!
