I have stored my brand new frames & supers in my storage building until I need them (hopefully in a couple of weeks). Do I need to be concerned about wax moths with the new unused frames? Should I take precautions & freeze them for a couple of days?

No need to worry about wax moths infesting your new frames. To my knowledge, they are only attracted to drawn comb and any honey residue therein.
Once you have drawn comb on those frames... then take action to protect it. (Search 'wax moth' on this forum for extensive discussion) I've heard it before and now believe it myself; drawn comb is one of the most valuable possessions of a beekeeper.

The bigger problem is if you have wax foundation installed you don't want them to get very hot or the foundation will buckle.
