oh.
what i meant was, after mixing the right concentration, is it possible to spray too much of it on the frames?
i'm thinking of this in terms of spraying it down between frames. can i be really liberal with it or do i need to be careful?

Following the mix ratio, each frame requires 1.5 ounces or 0.75 ounces of spray per side. Probably most sprayers will need about a 2 second spray to get all the bees on each frame side. It does take a bit of technique. Starting at one side and counting 1001,1002 while moving the wand steadily and deliberately across the frame will get the bees nice and wet. I took a new beekeeper out the other day and showed her how to apply Sucrocide, but she just didn't quite get the hang of it. She kept waving the wand over the frame. As a result many of the bees didn't get very wet and some got soaked.
A few have reported seeing poor results using Sucrocide. My suspicion is the bees weren't being properly dosed. If you spray down between the frames, how are you going to know if the bees are getting the right amount of treatment? You likely don't know, so to compensate more spray is applied "just in case". As a result some bees will probably be severely hosed. Personally, I'd simply follow the directions even though it will require a few more minutes.
