The bees will clean up whatever is moldy. If the pollen is not usable they will throw it out.

Are your bees bring in new pollen?
I replace such frames with drawn comb or foundation. I firmly believe that frames plugged solid with pollen are useless, especially if they are collecting new pollen. Frames plugged solid limit the brood nest expansion. This time of year, I'd rather have a frame of brood than a frame of pollen.
