Moth larvea killed by crystals?

One colony had moths bad.
Cleaned out most of the damage
I reduced it to one deep.
Added 2 frames of brood and bees.
Removed 9 moth damaged frames of honey/pollen that I placed in a sealed box with Paramoth crystals.
Colony regaining strength. Feeding bees syrup.
Question: Do paramoth crystals kill live moth larvea? (I checked the 9 frames and found live larvea after 5 days with crystals!) (Sorry I don't have room in a freezer!) I would like to be able to give the 30+ lbs of honey/pollen back before winter. Yes I know I have to air out the frames for two weeks prior to returning to bees.

I don't think it will kill them. It will keep moths out of the boxes. I use a product from WWW.BEEWORKS.COM (http://WWW.BEEWORKS.COM) that kills the larvae with bacteria that only affects them. http://www.beeworks.com/uspage5.asp will get you to the page. You mix it up and spray it on. I haven't tried putting it on live larvae but it should work.

I found out the hard way you got to clean frames out if you have any wax moth worms in your box you will loose that box.
those worm are so small they get under the cleet strips and the only way to get them out is to scrap it off.
I would try to replace all damaged combs with new wax.
