Sundance -
The company for which i work discards a fair amount of the white corrugated plastic from time to time as scrap.
The offcuts are not too big, maybe 9" wide, maybe 48 long. I've not paid too much attention.
If it could be used, let me know. Price is right- it's not too heavy. I could sample you a piece if you like.

Thanks so much for the offer Jim, but
I'm making fume boards and black is a
necessary feature. As well as the width.
Perhaps one could fashion mite boards with
it???

I have done that, works pretty well.

How much heat transfer do you get with the black corrugated board? I thought that the holes in the ribs would slow it down.

Try Horbor Sales

It appears that black may only be available in 4'x8' sheets. I believe if you ask they will custom cut it to the size you want (likely for a fee).

Thanks Tim......... I got to wondering if
it is a wise choice for fume boards afterall.
You'ld think there is some insulation value
that would hinder the vaporization off the
felt.
What do you all think?? Maybe black aluminum
is a better choice??
Is it OK to glue the felt to the plate??

I have a fume board from Mann Lake (I think) that is made with black plastic and it works.
