The Frankfort, Kentucky Branch will be open for business in February 2006 with a full line of Dadant beekeeping supplies, orders can be placed in January. Robin and Stella Mountain, experienced beekeepers, will enjoy helping you with all your beekeeping supply needs. We will also be selling queens, nucs, and 3 lbs packages.
A wonderful service that we will be providing for our beekeepers is the opportunity to exchange your wax for wax, cash or any other beekeeping supplies that you might need.
Just in time for your spring build up we will have High Fructose 55 Corn Syrup available in 5gal plastic pails or bring your own containers.
Saturday afternoons Robin will be teaching classes at the branch. Topics will include Queen rearing, spring management, 2 Queen Systems, disease recognition and treatment and everything to improve your Beekeeping experience.
Besides Beekeeping supplies come and join us for fresh coffee and donuts and just some good Beekeeping fellowship.
Remember I do what I love and love what I do - Beekeeping

Hey Todd
I certainly am looking meeting you and being of service to Indiana beekeepers. I am also looking forward to the Indiana Bee School.
Let me know if I can bring anything up for you all.

Thanks Rob, I am planning on attending the "School" (more like a spring conference to me)
Are you planning on stocking Pierco at all?
I use the one piece frames.
That's the only thing that seems to add up with freight. Right now I get it from Betterbee. I build all my woodenware.

Would you mind giving me a call on 1 888 9323268.
Yes, I will be selling our own full plastic frames EZ Frames
My dad and I also made all our own wooden ware in South Africa.

This may sound like a good thing now but it's not. We have one near us in Waverly. I go in to buy support pins for comb honey and alway walk out with a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff I didn't know existed yesteday and I just couldn't get throught the season without today.

Thanks for the back-handed complement. This certainly is one of the main reasons that I decide to go with Dadant and not one of the other companies. They really have a good range of products that are practical and useful for beekeepers.
Dont they just have a great bunch of Branch Managers or what? Beekeepers providing a service to beekeepers.
Rob
They sure do. When I go there I get treated like family, they know their stuff and give honest opinions, good or bad, about what other beekeeprs think about the usefulness of products. I've never felt like anyone was trying to sell me anything. (they have a bowl of honey candy too!)
That's my kind of shopping.
Best of luck!

>How have you done with all the rain?
Not sure yet-but think there may be problems if it doesnt start drying out. Also worried about a holding yard with some too close to a ditch.Oh well, you know how it is in Ca.!Its either flooding or burning.
Think I better call Dadant and check their drivert prices. Its Jan 1 and time for this old bear to come out of hibernation.
