Old Fashion Steam Knife

Does anyone know where a person could purchase the OLD FASHION steam knife (WITHOUT) the tubing soldered to the exterior of the knife.???

Where does the steam go in the "OLD FASHIONED" steam knife? Walter T. Kelly has the ones with the tubing on the exterior.
