On some of my small cell foundation the bees make several lines of burr comb on it. The cells are pretty large. Almost looks like drone cells and there is larva in it.

Should I remove the frames and try again?

Burr? As in little perpendicular walls of cells? Or just different sized cells? When they build a "T" (comb that is perpendicular to the foundation) I usually just scrape it off.

Otherwise if they built drone comb, then I would leave it because they probably wanted some drones. Might as well let the bees have them. They have to have someone to kick around.
