Cool! I was looking the other day for site with this kind of information. A blow-by-blow account. A ringside seat as it were. You got hives on the almonds Harry?

As I viewed the picture of the bloom this evening I could swear little dollar $$$$ signs were emerging from the the trees. But..... then I came to and remembered I am not the almond grower, just the beekeeper that is working hard to keep the bees alive and healthy, back to work tommorro.

Well, thats what I was told, but not so far this year. :(

It is updated every wednesday, then it goes to monthly thn never. It is a narrow scope of the bloom status, but it gives the gist of it. By the way, almond prices have plummeted below half of what it was at harvest. Still at a good level though.
