hello...I have a bumblebee hive, and would like to know more about keeping bumbles...the American Bee Journal had a series of articles about bumbles, the 1995 July & Nov., and 1996 January & February issues...ABJ doesn't have back issues to sell...I was wondering if anyone has these, and would they be willing to part with them, or copy the articles, and of course I would be happy to pay...thanks

and peg, I read recently that you may be able to lure bumbles by creating a place for them to live by digging holes in the ground in shady areas larger enough to place four or six inch flower pots filled with straw or hay upside down in the hole. The pots have that drainage hole in it of course for access.
