I've received several PMs but haven't replied to them because I didn't feel it was appropriate to put the replies in a forum topic and I haven't been able to figure out how to send a PM.

To reply to a PM scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen where you were reading the PM and you'll see in small brown letters "send reply" on the bottom right
Or to PM someone from scratch click the Icon on a message they wrote that is the second to the left next to their member name on the message they wrote (looks like two people shaking hands next to an envelope)
