Where is the best place to add a new brood box? I have a couple of hives that I had brood in the honey supers due to lack of equipment, and I really want to get them to all deeps for brood (since that is what I have now).

It seems that anything I put on top right now they are putting honey in. They need the room.

Will they draw it out if I put it on the bottom?

This is also a question because I am trying foundationless, and they seem to want to draw cells on that so huge when it is above.

When they want honey storage they often make drone cells or even larger and they often draw the comb out very thick. It's hard to get good brood comb drawn during a flow.
