I just talked to Strachan Apiaries and they told me that they were sold out for the season. I didn't inquire if that meant for fall too, but I was hoping to pick up a few NWC for some splits.
They recommend Ray Olivara, who apparently has NWC and Wooten GoldenÂ’s for Italians (not sure if I got the spelling right on these, but I do have phone numbers).
Anyone have a good source for queens that would be available right now. I really liked the Strachan's NWC, but I'm willing to try others if someone can provide a strong recommendation.
