Local Crafts Fair

Someone approached me about selling my honey at a local crafts fair. they said I would need some sort of food permit. Does anyone have any idea what this is and where I get it. I check online a few places, but everything seems for food service, not food selling.

I varies from state to state and sometimes even county to county. I'd call the health department for your state and ask.
