Donna Marie, Honeybee by the Sea

Been searching for Honeybee related information on the October blooming variety of Eleagnus I have all over my yard. Finally found it under Silverberry or Eleagnus pungens etc. It is listed in the book Honey Plants of North America under Silver-berry. The author states the flowers give nectar freely but nothing about the quality of the honey. Is anyone familiar with it? Is it good honey for winter stores for the bees and is it good for human consumption? Thanks, Donna
