I've got tons of bees and very little honey, both of my brood boxes on all of my hives are full (both the Russians and ferial) but none have any honey to speak of. Whats going on???
Their are blackberrys in bloom and other flowers, true not all of my hives have all drawn comb, is it just to soon or other people having the same thing happen??

I thought I was doing something wrong, but I too have 2 completly full boxes of bees and brood. I put a medium on for honey with no excluder, they drew it out and filled it totally with brood. when I had the excluder on they wouldnt go up there.(I couldnt bait up, I had no untreated drawn frames). I got squat for honey. I just added another undrawn deep on top with no excluder. Is that the right thing to do?? do they have time to draw out and fill?

Hi guys. Got to look at the temps, too hot, too cold, to much humidity or no humidity. They might just be going from flower to brood. Here in the north east we are getting 2 days of 70-75 and the rest rain. My bees are just bearly making it too. Lets hope the HONEY starts flowing in.
