I got my refund in 2005.
A friend of mine said he got his bees this year which he had "back ordered."

I got mine. The first year the delay was his issue, the second year it was mine. This fall/winter he was impossible to communicate with (never answered emails and his phone would not take messages) but Waya kindly provided an address and I sent a registered letter that I had his verified signature on. Got the bees right after that.
I don't think he is a bad guy - just in over his head. Not that that is an excuse, just my impression.
