Uncapped honey

I took some honey off the other day that was partialy capped probably not 80%. The reason I'me not sure is I banged the super on two 2 by4s to jar some of the bees off and the being in the 90's the honey and wax fell out of the frames so I picked up super and all and put it itin a large plastic bag brought it to the house and mashed it out and put it in the refrigerator, will it be ok to eat as long as it don't fermint?

It will be fine to eat, not a problem at all if you eat it as fast as we do!
