comb in feeder/second brood expansion

i have alot of comb in my division board feeder... is it wise to try and remove it? also when putting on a second brood chamber should you remove one frame from the full chamber and put it in the second to try and help with expansion? thanks for any help

If it's not bothering you, I tend to leave it for a ladder, but if they put brood in it, it's a mess. smile.gif
