9 Frame Spacing Tool

Does anyone know where to buy, or how to make, a 9 frame spacing tool like Bonney recommends using in his book Hive Management? His reasons for not using the rabbet spacers seem to make sense & I'd like to use his spacing method instead. It's just that doing it by hand adjustments will be tedious.
