Herbicide Spraying

Got my first two packages installed early April and my girls are doing just great - however, I noticed a farmer spraying herbicide on wildflowers identical to the flowers my bees are getting their pollen from, but the field is about 8 miles away. My concern is that there are 4 or 5 fields that were in corn last year that are currently filled with the same wildflower less that 2 miles from my bee yard. I'm assuming that's where my bees are getting all that glorious golden pollen. Are they in danger if the farmer closer to me sprays herbicide or will they just lose their pollen source? I don't know who farms the property.

Obviously it would be nice if they didn't spary things and the bees are liable to return with some herbicide sprayed pollen(if it's closer), but luckily I haven't seen big losses form herbicids. It's the insecticides that wipe the bees out en mass.
